Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gaming services made available under the Hovarda profile on the website howarda.com (the "Website"). By accessing, registering for, or using any betting, casino, or related service on howarda.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 (the "Effective Date") and remain in force until amended in accordance with the section "Changes to Terms" below.
If you are resident in the United Kingdom, you must carefully read these Terms, including the important notice that the services are provided on an offshore basis under a Curaçao licence and that Hovarda is not licensed or regulated by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain ("UKGC"). Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following words have the meanings set out below:
- Operator means Throne Entertainment B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao, which owns and operates the Hovarda brand and related sites (including howarda.com), and which holds an online gaming licence issued by Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V. ("C.I.L") under master licence number #5536/JAZ, shown as active when last checked in May 2025.
- Website means the domain howarda.com (including any sub-domains and mirror or replacement domains notified by the Operator) through which the Hovarda profile and related services are offered.
- Brand or Hovarda means the Hovarda online gaming brand operated by the Operator and made available via howarda.com in the United Kingdom context as a non-UKGC, offshore casino and sportsbook.
- User or you means any person who accesses, visits, registers for, or uses any part of the Website or the services, whether or not they complete registration or place a bet.
- Player means a User who has successfully created an account, passed the minimum required verification checks, and is permitted by the Operator to place real-money bets or wagers.
- Account means a personal player account registered to a single natural person on the Website, used to access the services, hold funds, and place bets.
- Services means all real-money and play-for-fun betting, gaming, and ancillary services made available on the Website, including sports betting (pre-match and live), casino games, live casino, and promotional offers.
- Bet or Wager means any stake placed by you on a sports event, virtual event, casino game, or other outcome via the Website using funds from your Account or bonus funds, as applicable.
- Bonus means any promotional amount, free spins, free bets, cash-back, or similar benefit credited to your Account by the Operator under a specific promotional offer, subject to additional terms including wagering requirements.
- Real-money funds means all deposits and winnings credited to your Account that are not subject to current wagering requirements or other restrictions.
- Bonus funds means funds or free bets/spins credited under a Bonus that are subject to specified eligibility, wagering, or withdrawal conditions.
- Payment Method means any method used to fund or withdraw from your Account, including but not limited to cryptocurrency wallets (such as BTC, USDT, ETH, LTC), e-wallets (such as Jeton Wallet and, where offered, similar services), and eligible payment cards that are not issued by UK banks.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) means identity and verification checks carried out by the Operator, such as review of passport/ID, proof of address (including UK utility bills), and, where necessary, source-of-funds information, typically triggered on or before your first withdrawal and at any time thereafter.
- Responsible Gaming means tools and policies offered to help you control your gambling, including deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, as described on https://howarda.com/en/responsible-gaming. These tools are internal to howarda.com and are separate from the UK GamStop self-exclusion system, which does not apply to this offshore site.
- Regulator means Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V. or any successor licensing authority in Curaçao responsible for supervising the Operator's gaming licence.
- Business Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Curaçao or in the primary processing location of the relevant payment provider.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register an Account and use the Services. By creating an Account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
- UK residents: If you are resident in the UK, you acknowledge that Hovarda operates on an offshore, non-GamStop basis and is not licensed by the UKGC. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Services from the UK is lawful for you.
- Age checks: The Operator may request documents at any time to verify your age and identity, including but not limited to a passport, national ID card, driving licence, and proof of address (such as a UK utility bill). If you fail to provide satisfactory evidence, your Account may be suspended and, if you are found to be underage, your bets may be voided and any funds returned subject to applicable law.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To open an Account you must complete the online registration form on howarda.com by providing accurate and complete personal details, selecting a secure password, and confirming your acceptance of these Terms.
- Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address and, where applicable, your mobile number. The Operator may restrict access to certain features until verification is completed.
- Single account rule: You may only hold one Account with the Operator for the Hovarda profile. Multiple, duplicate, or shared Accounts are strictly prohibited and may lead to closure of all related Accounts and confiscation of Bonuses and winnings arising from such Accounts.
User Obligations
- Accurate information: You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout the life of your Account is true, accurate, and up to date. You must promptly update any changes (for example, address or payment details) via your Account or by contacting customer support.
- Password security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your Account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify the Operator immediately and change your password.
- Prohibited use: You must not use the Services on behalf of anyone else, for any commercial or professional betting operation, or in any way that breaches these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of sports or events.
KYC, AML and Source-of-Funds Checks
- Verification timing: KYC verification is typically triggered on your first withdrawal and may also be required before processing deposits, during gameplay, or at any other time the Operator deems necessary. Verification usually takes 24 - 48 hours after all requested documents have been received, but may take longer in complex cases.
- Required documents: The Operator may request identity documents, proof of address, copies of payment cards (with sensitive digits appropriately masked), bank statements, source-of-funds evidence, and any other documentation reasonably required to meet anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.
- Non-compliance: If you fail to provide requested documents, provide false or misleading information, or if the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity, it may suspend or close your Account, cancel pending bets, and withhold or return funds in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
Dormant and Inactive Accounts
- Dormant status: If your Account has had no login or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months, it may be classified as dormant.
- Maintenance fee: For dormant Accounts with a positive real-money balance, the Operator may charge a reasonable monthly maintenance fee (currently approximately €5 or currency equivalent) until the balance reaches zero or the Account becomes active again. You will be notified by email or on-site message (where possible) before such fees commence.
- Reactivation and refunds: You may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and, where required, completing updated KYC checks. The Operator may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, refund some or all maintenance fees charged if you later request closure and withdrawal.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Betting Rules
- Game and market rules: Each sports market, casino game, and live casino table available on howarda.com is governed by specific rules, payout tables, and instructions provided within the game interface or the sports rules section. In case of conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game rules prevail for that game or market.
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it has been processed and confirmed by the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history. The timestamp recorded on the Operator's systems will be conclusive evidence of the time of placement.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits for each Bet or game are determined by the Operator and/or the relevant game provider. These limits are displayed on-screen or in the bet slip and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
- Prohibited jurisdictions: You must not place bets from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where the Operator does not lawfully accept players. The use of VPNs or similar tools to disguise your location or to circumvent local restrictions is prohibited where it would breach applicable law or these Terms and may result in voided bets and Account closure.
Sports Betting
- Pre-match and live betting: You may place pre-match and in-play bets on sports and events offered on the Website. Odds may change at any time before a bet is accepted. For live bets, acceptance is subject to confirmation by the Operator's systems; bets attempted but not yet confirmed may be rejected or repriced.
- Result settlement: Sports bets are settled by reference to the official result declared by the relevant governing body or, where specified, by a widely recognised data provider. Subsequent amendments to results (for example, by disciplinary decisions) will not normally affect settlement unless stated in the specific rules.
- Void bets: The Operator may declare a bet void (and return the stake) in circumstances including, but not limited to, event cancellation, obvious palpable error in odds or market, technical failure preventing correct settlement, or if the bet was accepted after the outcome was known.
Casino and Live Casino
- Random number generator: Casino games (excluding live dealer games) use a certified random number generator ("RNG") to produce random outcomes. The Operator takes reasonable steps to ensure the fairness, reliability, and proper functioning of the RNG and game software.
- Game providers: Many games are provided by third-party suppliers. Where a game malfunction or error occurs, any affected bets or rounds may be voided, and stakes may be refunded in accordance with the relevant provider's rules.
- Live casino conduct: You must behave respectfully towards live dealers and other players. Abusive language, harassment, or disruptive conduct in chat features is strictly prohibited and may lead to chat restrictions, Account suspension, or closure.
Conduct and Fair Play
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in collusion, use bots or automated betting tools, exploit software bugs, engage in arbitrage solely designed to exploit price discrepancies, or carry out any form of fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Multiple accounts and syndicates: Any attempt to use multiple Accounts, shared funding, or coordinated group betting to gain an unfair advantage (including bonus abuse) is prohibited and may result in cancellation of bets, confiscation of Bonuses and winnings, and Account closure.
- Responsible gaming: You are encouraged to monitor your play and use the responsible gaming tools described at https://howarda.com/en/responsible-gaming. As Hovarda is a non-GamStop, offshore brand, UK-wide self-exclusion via GamStop does not apply on howarda.com; you must therefore set and manage self-exclusion and limits directly with the Operator if required.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Offer-specific rules: Each Bonus or promotion (including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and free spins) is governed by specific terms displayed with the offer. These terms explain eligibility, wagering requirements, minimum deposit or odds, maximum winnings, time limits, and any game or market restrictions.
- Acceptance of bonuses: By opting into a Bonus (for example, by ticking an acceptance box, entering a promo code, or making a qualifying deposit), you agree to be bound by both these Terms and the specific promotional rules. If you do not wish to receive Bonuses, you should decline them where offered and may adjust your marketing preferences in your Account settings.
- Account-specific: Bonuses are personal to your Account and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined across multiple Accounts or brands. Where cross-brand promotions are offered within the Throne Entertainment B.V. group (for example, involving sister brands such as Jetbahis or Rexbet), the conditions of that specific campaign will prevail.
Wagering Requirements and Restrictions
- Wagering obligations: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them typically need to be wagered a specified number of times (for example, a multiple of the Bonus or deposit amount) before they become withdrawable as real-money funds. The required multiple and qualifying games or bets are always stated in the relevant Bonus terms.
- Contribution of games: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slot games may contribute 100%, table games a lower percentage, and some games or bets may be excluded entirely. Full details are provided in the Bonus or in the general promotions rules on howarda.com.
- Time limits: Bonuses and free spins are usually subject to expiry periods, which may range from several days to a few weeks from the time of crediting, as specified in the promotion. If you do not complete the wagering requirements within the stated period, the Bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited Games and Bonus Abuse
- Excluded games and bets: Certain games, bet types, or strategies may be excluded from counting towards wagering requirements or may be considered abuse (for example, low-risk betting on opposite outcomes, making equal bets on all roulette outcomes, or using features designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering).
- Irregular play: The Operator may treat as bonus abuse any pattern of play that is intended to circumvent or exploit the spirit of a promotion, including, without limitation, placing high bets using Bonus funds followed by substantially reduced betting once wagering is nearly complete, or transferring value between related Accounts.
- Consequences of abuse: In cases of suspected abuse, the Operator may remove Bonus funds, cancel winnings derived from Bonuses, and/or close the relevant Account(s). Serious or repeated abuse may be reported to relevant authorities and to other brands operated by Throne Entertainment B.V.
Combining Promotions
- One active bonus rule: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one active wagering Bonus may be in effect on your Account at any given time. Attempts to combine or overlap multiple Bonuses may result in cancellation of one or more of them.
- Order of use: Where both real-money and Bonus funds are available, the order in which they are used (for example, real-money first, then Bonus funds) is determined by the Operator and explained in the general bonus rules or the specific promotion terms.
- Marketing preferences: You can adjust your preferences regarding promotional emails or messages relating to Bonuses via your Account settings or by following unsubscribe instructions. Adjusting preferences does not affect your responsibility to comply with the terms of any Bonus you have already accepted.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Funding Your Account
- Available methods: For UK-based players, the primary funding methods typically include cryptocurrency (for example, BTC, USDT, ETH, LTC), certain e-wallets such as Jeton Wallet (and, where offered, similar services such as MiFinity), and eligible non-UK issued Visa/Mastercard payment cards. Direct UK bank transfers and PayPal are generally not available, and local UK bank transfers may rarely be successful.
- Payment processors: Deposits and withdrawals may be processed by Throne Entertainment B.V., by another group company, or by third-party payment service providers based in various jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area. This may include, among others, a Cyprus-based processor such as TPM Services Limited, where applicable. The specific processor for a transaction will be shown in the payment interface and/or on your bank or card statement.
- Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per month are specified in the cashier section. The Operator does not typically charge deposit fees, but your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider may impose their own fees or currency conversion charges.
Withdrawals
- Eligibility: You may request withdrawals of your real-money balance (including cleared winnings) at any time, subject to completion of KYC checks and to any applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
- Methods: Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same Payment Method used for deposit, where technically possible and reasonably practicable. For UK residents, common options include cryptocurrency wallets and e-wallets such as Jeton. Bank transfers may be used in some circumstances, but not all UK banks will accept such transfers from offshore gaming operators.
- Processing times: Indicative processing times are:
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals: typically 1 - 4 hours after approval, subject to network conditions.
- Jeton and similar e-wallets: generally instant to 24 hours after approval.
- Bank transfers (where available): typically 3 - 5 Business Days after processing.
- Verification and limits: The Operator may set daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits, and may request additional documents or source-of-funds information before approving withdrawals. Where large or unusual withdrawals are requested, enhanced due diligence checks may be required under AML regulations.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Security
- Refunds of deposits: The Operator is not obliged to refund validly placed bets or processed deposits. However, in exceptional circumstances (such as documented technical errors or mistaken duplicate deposits), the Operator may, at its discretion and subject to AML checks, refund unused deposit amounts to the original Payment Method. Any associated Bonuses may be cancelled.
- Chargebacks: You must not request chargebacks or reverse payments without first contacting customer support. Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate Account suspension, cancellation of bets, recovery of amounts owed, and reporting to relevant authorities and payment providers.
- Security of funds: As an offshore operator licensed in Curaçao, the Operator is not part of any UK deposit protection or financial compensation scheme (including the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme). While the Operator takes reasonable measures to safeguard player funds, there is a risk that funds could be at risk if the Operator becomes insolvent, and this risk is accepted by you when using the Services.
Currency and Exchange
- Account currency: Your Account may be maintained in one or more supported currencies as offered on howarda.com. If you use a Payment Method in a different currency, your bank or provider may perform a currency conversion at its own rates and may charge additional fees.
- Crypto valuation: For transactions in cryptocurrency, the Operator will convert crypto amounts into the applicable account currency using exchange rates determined at the time of the transaction. Due to price volatility, the fiat value of your crypto deposits and withdrawals may fluctuate, and you bear this risk.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator will use reasonable skill and care to provide the Services fairly, to ensure that game outcomes are generated in accordance with certified RNGs or live game rules, and to settle bets based on official results or clearly stated settlement rules.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator aims to ensure that information displayed on the Website (including odds, live scores, and event times) is accurate, but such information is provided without warranty and may be subject to delays, errors, or third-party inaccuracies.
- Technical reliability: The Operator will take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of the Website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors, viruses, or other technical issues.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Events beyond control: The Operator is not responsible for any failure, delay, or interruption resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network or power outages, telecommunications failures, DDoS attacks, system overloads, or failures of third-party software or hardware.
- Indirect loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, data, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if foreseeable.
- Maximum liability: Subject to the "Non-excludable liability" paragraph below, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the lower of (a) the amount of the Bet or Wager placed by you and directly related to the claim; or (b) the total amount of funds in your Account at the time of the event giving rise to the liability.
Non-Excludable Liability and Consumer Rights
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- UK consumer rights: If you are a consumer resident in the UK, you may have certain statutory rights under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded, including rights relating to digital services and unfair contract terms. These Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with such rights; to the extent of any conflict, your mandatory statutory rights shall prevail.
- Responsible gambling: The Operator encourages responsible gambling and provides tools and information at https://howarda.com/en/responsible-gaming and through external resources such as https://gamblingtherapy.org. However, it does not provide financial, legal, or therapeutic advice, and you remain responsible for your gambling decisions and for seeking professional assistance where needed.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Protected content: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names (including Hovarda), text, and audio-visual material, are owned by the Operator, its group companies, or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions on Use
- No copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Website or any part of the Services or content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by prior written consent of the Operator.
- No reverse engineering: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code of the software used to operate the Website, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law and then only after providing prior written notice to the Operator.
- Third-party marks: Trademarks and logos of third parties (including game providers and payment processors) appearing on the Website are used with permission. No rights are granted to you in respect of such third-party marks.
Privacy & Data Protection
Privacy Policy
- Policy reference: Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on the Website at the relevant legal pages on howarda.com (for example, the general terms and privacy sections).
- Data protection laws: The Operator will process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, which may include the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and/or the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, insofar as these apply to the Operator's activities in relation to you.
- Purpose of processing: Personal data is processed for purposes including Account registration and management, KYC and AML checks, provision of the Services, prevention of fraud and misuse, responsible gambling measures, and, where you consent, marketing communications.
Your Rights and Contact
- Data subject rights: Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights including access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing.
- Further information: Details of how to exercise your data protection rights, how long your data is retained, and where your data may be transferred (including outside the European Economic Area or UK) are set out in the Privacy Policy. You should review that policy regularly for up-to-date information.
Changes to Terms
Right to Amend
- Updates: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time for reasons including changes in law or regulation, technical or security updates, introduction of new products or services, or changes in business practice.
- Effective date: Any updated Terms will specify a new effective date. The version effective from 6 November 2025 remains in force until such updates are published and take effect.
Notice of Changes
- Notification methods: Where material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance via one or more of the following: on-site banners or pop-ups on howarda.com, email to the address registered to your Account, or messages sent within your Account inbox.
- Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Services and close your Account in accordance with the "Termination & Suspension" section.
Existing Transactions
- Pending bets and bonuses: Changes to these Terms will not retroactively affect bets already placed or Bonuses already accepted before the effective date of the change; such transactions will continue to be governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time of placement, unless regulatory requirements dictate otherwise.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by You
- Account closure: You may close your Account at any time by following the instructions in the Account settings on howarda.com or by contacting customer support. The Operator may require identity verification before processing closure and withdrawal of any remaining funds.
- Self-exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools or by contacting support. Self-exclusion applies only to the Operator's brands and systems and is not linked to the UK GamStop scheme; if you are enrolled in GamStop, that will not automatically block access to howarda.com.
Suspension and Termination by the Operator
- Grounds for suspension: The Operator may suspend or restrict your Account, and withhold withdrawals, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: breach of these Terms; underage gambling; failure to pass KYC or AML checks; fraud, cheating, or collusion; chargebacks or payment disputes; technical or pricing errors; or activity that may damage the integrity of the Services or any event.
- Grounds for termination: The Operator may permanently close your Account in serious or repeated cases of the above, or where required by law or by the Regulator, or where it decides to cease offering the Services to players in your jurisdiction (including the UK).
- Effect on funds: On closure, your real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed) will ordinarily be returned to you using a suitable Payment Method, subject to AML checks. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements may be forfeited. In cases of proven fraud or serious breach, the Operator may be entitled to confiscate winnings or retain funds in accordance with applicable law.
Dormant Accounts and Inactivity
- Maintenance fees: As described in the "Account Registration" section, dormant Accounts (no activity for 12 months) may incur a monthly maintenance fee of approximately €5 or currency equivalent until the balance reaches zero or the Account becomes active again. This policy is based on clause 9.2 of the Operator's internal T&Cs and may be updated in future versions.
- Closure of zero-balance accounts: The Operator may close dormant Accounts with a zero balance after a further period of inactivity. Closure of a zero-balance Account will not affect your ability to re-register, subject to compliance with these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Curaçao law: These Terms and any contractual or non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
- UK consumers: If you are resident in the UK and qualify as a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory rights under UK law. These Terms are not intended to limit those rights, and where there is a conflict, your mandatory statutory rights will prevail.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
- Internal complaints: In the event of a complaint about the Services, you should first contact customer support with full details of your concern. The Operator will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within a reasonable period.
- Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied after the internal process, you may be able to escalate the matter to the Regulator or to any independent dispute resolution mechanism recognised by the Curaçao licensing framework, as indicated on the Website or licence seal from time to time. As the Operator is not licensed by the UKGC, UK-specific alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies such as IBAS do not normally apply.
- Courts: Subject to the above, any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao. This means that you or the Operator may bring proceedings in Curaçao, and, where permitted by mandatory law, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, including the UK.
Contact Information
Customer Support
- Website support: The primary channel for customer support is the help and chat facilities available after logging into your Account on howarda.com. You should use these tools for queries relating to your Account, bets, payments, or responsible gaming.
- Email: Any official support email addresses used by the Operator will use the howarda.com domain and will be clearly displayed in the "Contact" or "Help" section of the Website. Where an email address is provided there, you should use it for written correspondence and retain copies of communications for your records.
- Phone: A dedicated telephone support line for Hovarda is not specified in the available data. If a phone number is introduced, it will be published on howarda.com together with information on applicable charges (if any) and opening hours.
Legal and Regulatory Correspondence
- Registered operator: Throne Entertainment B.V. is registered in Curaçao and holds an online gaming licence #5536/JAZ issued under the authority of Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V. The full registered office address and company registration number may be provided on the Website or upon reasonable written request.
- Payment processing: Certain fiat payments may be processed by group entities or third-party processors, which may include a company based in Cyprus such as TPM Services Limited, acting as a payment agent. The identity of any such entity will be disclosed on payment pages or statements as required.
- Mailing address: For formal legal notices, you should use the postal or registered address of Throne Entertainment B.V. as published on howarda.com at the time of sending the notice, marked for the attention of the Legal Department. Where no complete postal address is visible, you should request confirmation via the support channels before sending any physical correspondence.
Regional Compliance Note: Hovarda, as offered under the Hovarda profile on howarda.com, operates as an offshore, non-UKGC-licensed casino and sportsbook under a Curaçao licence. UK-based players should be aware that UK-specific regulatory protections (including GamStop self-exclusion and certain UKGC-mandated safeguards) do not apply, and that no UK financial compensation scheme protects funds held with the Operator. By using the Services, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks, in addition to the protections and obligations set out in these Terms.
